We have made it a tradition to go Christmas tree
hunting every December. We found a great tree
farm in North Bend, WA, close to where our
apartment was. It's such a fun family outing. The
kids certainly make the holidays more magical. We
all decorated the tree and boat together.

Christmas Eve was wonderful! The four of us
spent the evening on the boat frosting Santa's
cookies, having wonderful food, opening
presents and going for a drive around the
neighborhood to look at Christmas lights.
Sounds pretty normal, right? Well, consider
our neighborhood is a marina filled with boats
decked out in Christmas lights, and our drive
was in a 10' dinghy with christmas lights
strung around. We all bundled up and drove
through our "neighborhood". We are
definitely starting a new Christmas tradition.
