Happy Halloween Everyone! This month we
enjoyed Fall and of course, Halloween! We
went on a trip to the pumpkin patch with
Ellie's preschool class, and they invited Zak to
come along. The kids had fun picking out
pumpkins and seeing and learning about farm
animals.
We posted a sign in the marina to see who
wanted trick-or-treaters at their boats and we
had 11 boats sign up! The kids were
absolutely spoiled. Afterwards, we invited
everyone over for some dessert and hot
spiced wine. It's really a great way to meet
some of our neighbors, and catch up with
friends who we don't see often. Scott and I
are thinking that this might be an annual
thing. It was so much fun!
Not much else happened this month. Scott
was gone working most of the month, so we
weren't able to do any sailing. I am itching to
get out......soon! Looks like, with the holidays
coming, it might be awhile.
The washer/dryer is working absolutely
wonderful! In November we should be getting
our new diesel furnace. We will keep you
updated!
